Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of Club 7’s mobile applications and/or websites (the “Terms”). You should carefully read and accept the Terms before accessing or using the mobile applications and/or websites. Your acceptance of these Terms establishes a contractual relationship between you and the Club 7 company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Club 7 mobile applications and/or websites. These Terms expressly supersede any agreements or conditions previously entered into between you and the Club 7 company with respect to the Application(s)/Website(s) Services (as defined below).

These Terms apply to the extent that they do not conflict with any user terms or supplementary terms that apply specifically to Club 7’s mobile applications and/or websites. You will be required to agree to such terms separately.

Application(s)/Website(s) Services

Access to and use of the mobile applications and/or websites that allow you to take advantage of services provided by the Club 7 company

Collection of payments and payment processing services (including facilitating the issuance of invoices and receipts by third-party providers of electronic invoicing services) enabling us to collect and pay you into the bank account of Services provided by the Club 7 company.

Use of the Application(s)/Website(s) Services

Club 7’s mobile applications and/or websites can be downloaded or accessed on most modern mobile devices with an internet connection and equipped with popular operating systems such as Android or iOS.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the network necessary to use the Application(s)/Website(s) Services and are also responsible for any tariffs and charges from your mobile network operator, including mobile data consumption when using the Club 7 mobile applications and/or websites. You are also responsible for accessing compatible devices or operating systems necessary to use the Application(s)/Website(s) Services, including any software and hardware updates.

You must provide some personal information to register, including your telephone number and e-mail address. In order to use the Application(s)/Site(s) Services, you may be required to provide at least one valid payment method (credit card, debit card or any other accepted payment method). You may be required to provide information, such as your address, and additional documents before using certain Services provided by the Club 7 company.

You are not obliged to log in to or use Club 7’s mobile applications and/or websites. If you choose to stop using our mobile applications and/or websites, you may do so without giving us any notice.

We may temporarily restrict your access to and use of the Services of the Application(s)/Website(s) in the event of a suspected breach of your obligations (see Clause below).

Your Obligations

When using the Application(s)/Site(s) Services, you must comply with all applicable laws. You may only use the Application(s)/Website(s) Services for lawful activities and for the purposes for which they were intended as referenced in these Terms. You must not misuse our mobile applications and/or websites or attempt to defraud the Club 7 company.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account and when using the Services of the
Application(s)/Website(s)

Your account is personal. It cannot be shared. Once your account has been created: you may not register for more than one account
You may not allow third parties to use your account or transfer your account to third parties. You must keep your account information accurate, complete and up-to-date. You must keep your login details confidential at all times – and you must inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that someone else knows your username or password or if you suspect that someone else is using your account.

Returns policy

You can return your purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method as the purchase. In the case of a return, the refund will be made after validation of fulfilment of the return conditions described below.

Any item can be returned within the time limits mentioned above provided that:

– It is in the same condition in which it was sold;
– It shows no signs of use;
– It has its original packaging and is accompanied by all its accessories;

Returns are not accepted for:

– Used service packages;
– Payments on current account debts;
– Personal hygiene products;
